Instructions - Step by step

The open registration, from 1 until 15 December 2019, is performed entirely through our online registration form.

• Before ordering any tickets you need a digital account (you can read in these instructions how to create an account).
• The registration fee for the Eleven Cities Bicycle Tour 2020 is €25,00.
• Tickets can only be ordered through our website and payment is only possible through iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact or Sofort Banking.
• Only one order of a maximum of 10 tickets is possible per email address, i.e. account. If you need more than 10 tickets, someone else in your group will need to order the other tickets. Different orders/tickets can be linked to each other through your account from 1 untill 29 February 2020 so the orders and tickets get the same starting time.

1. How to start
Open the website www.fietselfstedentocht.frl. Click the red button ‘Open registration’ (vrije inschrijving) on the right hand side of the screen.

• If you already have an account, please log in with the email address and password known to us. Move on to step 2.
• If you do not have an account yet, you must register now. Please proceed to step 3 for instructions.

2. I already have an account

• If you already have an Eleven Cities Bicycle Tour account, enter your email address and password under the header ‘Log in’ (Inloggen). Then click the ‘Log in’ button.
• In the screen that follows, choose the number of tickets to be ordered, the maximum number of tickets is 10. Once you have selected the right amount, click the ‘Next’ (Volgende) button.
• Then fill in the required details, or add wherever necessary. Once everything has been filled in correctly, click the ‘Next’ (Volgende) button.
• Check your details in the screen ‘My details’ (Mijn gegevens). if they are all correct, click ‘Next’ (Volgende).
• In the screen ‘Confirm details’ (Gegevens bevestigen), tick ‘I agree with the regulations’ (Ik ga akkoord met het reglement). If you do not do this, you will not be able to complete your registration.
• Are all your details correct? Click the ‘Register’ (Inschrijven) button.
• Your registration is successful and we will send you a message to confirm. If you have
•  not received this email, please check your email programme’s spam or other folder. The message may have gone there.
• Have you not received a message of confirmation yet? Please get in touch with  info@fietselfstedentocht.frl
• Do you want to adjust the number of tickets that you have ordered? You can do this until 15 December 2019. You can do this by logging in again with your email address and password.

3. I do not have an account yet REGISTER (REGISTREREN)

• You must register if you want to order tickets.
• Under the header ‘Register’ (Registreren) enter your email address and a self-selected password. Then click the ‘Register’ (Registreren) button. 
• We will send you an email confirming your account. If you have not received this email, please check your email programme’s spam or other folder. The message may have gone there.
• This message contains a link. Click this. You are taken to ‘Your details’ (Uw gegevens). Fill in your last name and date of birth here. You may get ‘Hits’ (Treffers) because the listed combination occurs in our system. Select the correct ‘Hit’.
• After filling in all details correctly, click the ‘Next’ (Volgende) button.
• In the screen ‘Change my details’ (Mijn gegevens wijzigen), you can fill in the required details and click ‘Save’ (Opslaan).
• In the following screen, select the number of tickets that you want to order. The maximum amount of tickets to be ordered per person is 10. Then click the ‘Next’ button.
• Confirm the details in the following screen by clicking ‘Next’.
• In the screen ‘Confirm details’ (Gegevens bevestigen), tick ‘I agree with the regulations’ (Ik ga akkoord met het reglement). If you do not do this, you will not be able to complete your registration.
• Are all your details correct? Click the ‘Register’ (Inschrijven) button.
